Hi I'm. Natalia Schack, but I prefer to be called Nattie. I am from Osseo, Minnesota, and if you don't know where that is it is near Maple grove, or 40 Minutes north of Minneapolis. I am the oldest of three kids. I am a freshman here at NDSU, and I will be majoring in Strategic Communications. I have wanted to be a NDSU bison since I was ten years old. It has always been a dream of mine. One of the reasons why I wanted to go here was because of the sports and the atmosphere on campus, also because my uncle went here and now is a professor. He is a planetologist. My plan with the Strategic Communications major is to become an event planner for big events, such as gatherings for Target, planning a huge campus event, or even run a high school state tournament. I decided to major in this field because my da saw it as an option at one of the tours. He thought that it would just be a perfect fit for me, since I love to run and manage things. For all four years of high school I was a manager of my high school wrestling team. I loved every minute of it because both of my siblings were wrestlers, and it is just such a great group of people. In my last year one of the coaches let me run the whole JV tournament by myself. It went so well and I enjoyed doing all of it. That's when I knew my major was going to be the perfect fit for me.
