My choice of beat is going to be related to my current work situation. I currently work at Fleet Farm in Brooklyn Park, MN. I am a sales associate and recently portraying an internship in the marketing and HR department at Fleet Farm. I am really interested in helping others and making sure everyone gets the best experience they possibly can. I would definitely want to report on how businesses work and treat their employees. I know at my work place they do everything to ensure their employees are safe and getting what they need out of their jobs. I would connect with the HR employees, marketing employees, and the employees that work face-to-face with customers. I hope that this will lead me in the direction of my future career consulting companies and helping plan events and parties.

I would want to contact Derick because he is a very hard working CEO and cares about all of his Employees. He Has come into the fleet farm many times and asks employees how they are feeling and something they would like to change about the company. He is a great guy and cares about this company a lot.

I would contact the president to see what his job is like, and what kind of things he deals with. I would also like to know how many employees he actually deals with on a daily basis. Is he working with others? Or is he just working on the board and with the top dogs.

I would contact Linda because she does a great job at her job. She makes sure all of Fleet Farm truckers get a little something special in this time of need. She also makes sure everyone gets what they need to be successful at their job. Linda is a very hard worker and wants to make sure she can help others in the community.

I would contact John because he works really hard to make sure staff are getting hours at work, and making sure everyone is coming in on time. John would be able to give me information on how people get their hours and see how many complain on a daily basis about their set hours. I would also like to know how he actually does this process and how long it actually takes so the team members can understand from his side of it.

I would definitely want to get information on what he does on a daily basis. He works a lot with the employee because he works with the clock ins, scheduling, marketing, employees and all of it. I would like to know how he deals with it all and if he comes across big problems with employees and or managers.

I would like to get information on the employees themselves. He works a lot with the employee on the floor and makes sure everything looks good and is functioning correctly. He would have a lot of information on what the employee feels about certain things on the floor that has come from the office.

Brandi schack is my mom but she has worked in sales, fast food, and banking. She has a ton of experience in the HR world and the marketing side as well. Derek is my dad but he has worked so hard to get where he is and he has worked many jobs to get the perfect job he has now. He drives for work. He drives to cities to audit companies. He works with people all day everyday. He hasn't really worked in HR or marketing.
