Writing with voice and opinion is easy, however to find your voice within your writing isn't easy. I have struggled with finding what I am passionate about and then to write about it. One of the only things that comes easy to me is writing about politics. I am a democrat/liberal and I always will be. My parents have always raised my siblings and I with the mindset of making sure we can help whoever we can with our words or actions. I have always stood up for myself and others that could not. Words can speak louder than action, but only if they are used in the right way. I just do not agree with any of the things that republican follow or portray. With the politics side I like to use opinion based information. With this topic I want to write for the democratic or liberal audience because they will agree or relate with my writing, and hopefully they will want to help make a change in the world, or the government whichever comes first. Of course I know not everyone will agree with my writing, and I am okay with that. I always have said your haters will only push you further. In today's society everyone has an opinion and if we relied on everyone's opinion no one would be able to write how they actually feel. In my writing I think it is important to tell people what I think. I like to read pieces based on opinion with a factual background because then you can feel like some has already experienced it or has been involved. However, sarcasm or inappropriate humor can ruin a whole story. Someone could take it the wrong way and they could come back and trash the whole story. This is why I try to avoid humor or sarcasm. When writing about politics I think it's best to write about things that have happened or things that have been said. By doing this you can ensure that none of the facts are fake or can not be backed up.
